About Us

P3 Dance Academy (formerly known as Sandgate Centre for Dance) was founded in 2010 and was rebranded in 2022 under the new principal, Melissa Dolby.

​

P3 stands for Power, Passion and Poise. We believe that these three qualities are extremely important for dancers and we strive to achieve them in everything we do.

​

Power - The physical, mental and emotional strength needed to be a dancer.

Passion - A love for dance and the desire to learn and improve, no matter how tough it gets.

Poise - The grace, elegance, control and dignified self-confidence that dancers display.

 

We offer a variety of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Acro Dance and Spanish Dance classes and Workshops for children and adults of all ages and abilities and our teachers are certified and registered with multiple dance organisations.

 

So, whether you, or your child, aspire to be a professional dancer, or are just looking to keep healthy, fit and active, we have a class for you!
